THE PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL ANALYSIS OF EMPLOYEE AT BINA MANDIRI GORONTALO FOUNDATION

The purpose of this study is: 1) to find out and analyze how the implementation employee performance appraisal at Bina Mandiri Gorontalo Foundation; 2) what factors are hampering Foundation.
 This research uses a qualitative approach type used is descriptive qualitative. Data sources primary data secondary sources. collection techniques observation, interviews, documentation. analysis used: collection, reduction, presentation, concluding. result shows that Foundation based on 7 (seven) evaluation indicators can be said not yet fully appropriate. Three categorized by appraisal, namely obedience, honesty, cooperation. Meanwhile, leadership, responsibility, achievement appropriate because in still less influential. And, initiative as inappropriate it does become benchmark appraisal. hampered were seen from seven factors.
 Based results five hinder evaluation, lack objectivity, halo effect, Leniency, Strictness, Personal Prejudices. While other two factors, i.e. Central Tendency Recent Behavior Bias these did hamper
